ABOUT THE COMPETITION

The aim of the Lean Project 2015 Competition is to acknowledge projects that bring tangible and measurable results, mainly in the field of direct financial and OPEX savings and operation time reduction.

In the first place, the projects should identify and reduce waste – e.g. overproduction, excessive inventories, defects, downtimes, useless transport etc.
