The Six Sigma FAB Concept

The concept of Six Sigma FAB is based on our experience with international projects over the past 30 years, primarily focused on Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing, streamlining development, restructuring, cost reduction and implementation of SCM. Based on these experiences, we designed and structured the course content around the understanding of the Lean philosophy, performance Lean methods and tools such as 5S, SMED, Value Stream Mapping, and many others.
